Pseudo-summer is

… making flashcards for the Biology Regents in your spare time.

… practicing accompaniments for graduation on the piano.

… cleaning up the school stuff in your room… but not moving it out yet.

… still occasionally wondering what homework you have left to do.

… having no responsibilities, except that you actually do have responsibilities.

… a lack of motivation for a relatively good reason.

So, I haven’t written anything since Thursday, eh? Well, all that means is that you’ll never hear the story behind such wondrous photos as these:

In other news: they’ve finally put up the schedule of activities for my upcoming People to People trip to Europe (that’s July 13 – August 1, for those who don’t know). There seems to be an interesting mix of sightseeing-intensive days and sunbathing-intensive days. That’s perfectly fine with me. I mean, for me part of the point of travelling is to see and do everything possible before you have to head home again, but you won’t have the energy to do that if you don’t have a little chill-time scheduled in.

Oh man. I’m going to Europe in 24 days. Breathe in. Breathe out. Refrain from beginning to pack.
