Every agonizing year spent in Choir with Loomis, every moment of stress and unhappiness of the past 17 years, every wrong note, every failed expectation, every missed opportunity, was worth Yamatai’s performance at the Musicians for World Harmony concert tonight. Neither words, nor pictures, nor videos, nor any other form of communication known to mankind, could ever describe it. It was the ultimate “you had to be there” experience.
Also, nothing will ever seem loud again. Ever.
